Sedad Mawthooq

About us

Behind every overdue balance is a business relationship worth handling well. Sedad Mawthooq is built on one equation: efficiency in recovering what's due, and responsibility in how it's recovered.

Who we are

A specialist company with a single focus

Sedad Mawthooq is a Saudi company specialising in debt collection and receivables management. We work with businesses of every size and sector to collect more efficiently, reduce overdue balances and strengthen the cash flow on which growth and operating decisions depend.

We know an overdue debt is never just a line on a statement. It is cash sitting idle, hours drained from finance and sales teams, and follow-up that breaks off whenever priorities pile up. Our role is to take that burden off your hands entirely: we review the files, rank them by priority, follow them up with discipline, and give you a clear picture in regular reports.

What sets our approach apart is that we never separate collection from its context. In most cases the debtor is your customer — and can become a reliable one again if the file is handled properly. So we balance firmness in follow-up with flexibility in solutions, and speak on your behalf in a way that protects your standing in the market.

We do all of this in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are committed to upholding the dignity of debtors, avoiding any form of harassment or undue pressure, and protecting every piece of information entrusted to us in line with the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Our philosophy

Collection is relationship management.

We treat every file as a financial relationship between two parties — not a hunt for a sum.

The creditor has a right that should be recovered; the debtor deserves respect and a realistic chance to pay.

Between them, we act as a professional intermediary who understands the numbers and knows how to hold the conversation.

We protect your image

We speak for you the way you'd want to be represented: measured language, respectful tone.

We support continuity

A fair settlement today can mean a new deal tomorrow.

Confidentiality and clarity come first

What happens in a file stays in the file, and what happens in it reaches you clearly.

01 Our vision

To be among the most trusted names in the Kingdom.

To be among the most trusted and leading names in debt collection and receivables management in the Kingdom, through solutions that combine efficiency, reliability and sustainability.

The leadership we aim for isn't measured by file volume alone, but by the trust businesses place in us when they hand over both their receivables and their reputation. We want the name Sedad Mawthooq to stand for collection that is done efficiently, managed with integrity, and leaves a lasting improvement in our clients' cash flow.

02 Our mission

Effective collection, professionally delivered.

To deliver effective collection services built on structured follow-up, flexible solutions and professional communication — protecting our clients' rights and improving their cash flow.

We turn this mission into concrete daily practice: a written plan for every portfolio, a follow-up schedule that isn't left to chance, payment options that consider the debtor's circumstances without compromising the creditor's rights, and reports that make results measurable and reviewable.

Strategic goals

Six goals that direct our growth

01

Raise recovery rates

Increase the share of each client portfolio that is collected, and shorten the time it takes.

02

Reduce days sales outstanding

Help businesses close the gap between invoicing and getting paid.

03

Set an ethical standard for collection

Prove that respect and effectiveness are not in conflict.

04

Build long-term partnerships

Become our clients' permanent collection arm, not a one-off provider.

05

Invest in people and systems

Develop a qualified team and digital tools that sharpen follow-up and reporting accuracy.

06

Keep data protection a permanent priority

Continually strengthen confidentiality controls in step with regulation and best practice.

Our values

Six values that govern every file we take on

01

Trust

Our real capital. You hand us your rights and your customers' data; every action we take must be worthy of that trust, visible to you and open to review.

02

Professionalism

Written procedures, a trained team, disciplined language. To us, professionalism means every debtor receives the same standard of contact, whoever makes the call and whatever the amount.

03

Confidentiality

Information is held in trust. We access only what we need, disclose only to those entitled to it, and never use data beyond the purpose it was shared for.

04

Commitment

We deliver what we agree: on deadlines, on reporting, and within the authority you grant us. Above all, we comply with the regulations in force in the Kingdom.

05

Flexibility

Every debtor has their own circumstances; every sector its own rhythm. We adapt solutions and payment plans to reality without giving up the substance of the claim.

06

Results

We measure our work by what actually reaches your accounts. Clear indicators and accurate reports are how we hold ourselves accountable before you do.

Why businesses outsource collection

Outsourcing isn't giving up control. It's a management decision.

It puts effort back where it creates value.

See our services

Time

In-house collection consumes long hours from finance and sales teams. Outsourcing returns those hours to the core business.

Cost

An internal collection team needs hiring, training and systems. A specialist provides all of this ready-made, with fee models that can be tied to results.

Expertise

Collection has its own negotiation techniques, prioritisation logic and ways of reading payment behaviour. Accumulated experience shortens the path to resolution.

Results

Consistent follow-up from a neutral third party prompts more serious responses and improves the odds of settlement.

Reaching the debtor

Multiple contact channels and lawful data-update procedures raise contact rates for debtors who had gone silent.

Lower regulatory risk

Uncontrolled collection can expose a business to complaints or violations. A specialist works to documented procedures that limit that risk.

A word from management
When we founded Sedad Mawthooq, we started with one question: how do we help businesses recover what they're owed without losing something more valuable — their reputation and their relationships? The answer we work by every day is discipline in follow-up, honesty in reporting, and respect in every word spoken on our clients' behalf. We promise to treat your receivables as if they were our own, and to remain a partner you can rely on before we are a provider you deal with.
